Beck is home to several of our community partners including: Knoxville Community Step Up, the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Commission and the Knoxville Branch NAACP. We support community events, cultural and educational, happening around town and we invite you to join us.

The Mission of the organization is to STOP the disproportionate large number of African Americans and disadvantaged persons who are being recycled in the prison system.

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People or NAACP was established in 1909 and is America’s oldest and largest civil rights organization. The Knoxville Branch was established in 1919, and continues to fight for
